<p>The <a href="https://com.ohio.gov/divisions-and-programs/cannabis-control/about-dcc/proposed-dcc-rules/proposed-dcc-rules">Ohio Division of Cannabis Control has proposed new rules</a> (<a href="https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-administrative-code/1301:18">O.A.C. 1301:18</a>) that would permit the sale of pre-rolled cannabis products in Ohio dispensaries. The new rules apply to both <a href="https://ohiostatecannabis.org/medical">medical cannabis</a> and adult-use. Public comments on these changes were accepted until December 23, 2024, with further steps required before implementation.</p>
